I was recently invited by my friend and colleague, John Hovell, to participate as a guest in his latest Certified Knowledge Manager course for the KM Institute. I’ve participated in his Q&A ‘stump the expert’ sessions before but this one was recorded and is now a part of the KM Institute Webinar Series - "Conversations with KM Practitioners".

I am always excited to work with other KM practitioners because being a knowledge manager for an organization was by far one of the most challenging and rewarding parts of my professional journey and I love sharing how my team and I dealt with the many interesting circumstances we faced along the way.
